Does anyone know what tool was used to lift the eyebrows? Stretch of the lips, and the one that lifted the corners of her mouth to make it appear that she is smiling? I think it's all the same tool, but not sure if it is, or what tool it was that was used. I have sooo much more to learn!

He was using the "Free Transform" tool. Keep in mind that you don't see every bit of the process but just bits and pieces. Liquify could also be used but you wouldn't have as much control. As you noted he was not just reshaping the eyes he was moving them and also the eyebrows.

That's great! Do you know who produced it? The first segments appear to be a morphing transform (e.g., Alfred E Neuman to George Bush) and the PS BS segment is outstanding!

I hope that there is never a need for me to spend that much time and effort to make a model look good with photoshop and so far the majority of those who have shot with me didn't require anything more than some of the basics.
I do however admire the talent that went into editing her picture.

Any idea where one could find a guided tutorial for the techniques used in the video above? (The retouching, not the morphing)

Been looking for training videos, classes, whatever on this type of glamour retouching for a while. Preferably more on the level of the "Dove - Evolution" ad (Ya, I know they are downing the practice in the vid). This fellow in this vid does seem to cut a lot of corners.
