Oooooh..............yuck! Gag! Puke! Hurl!!

This just makes me sick!! What an idiot!

I had a model who I scouted on my own....who's career I founded....who's portfolio I shot....who I introduced to a photographer in Chicago who slandered me and ripped me off...along with others....Before a certain modeling Expo in Chicago, he mentiuoned to me candidly that "Nobody has ever heard of Waukesha Wisconsin"....which was repeated by her...prior to this certain modeling Expo shoot.. when she mentioned that she wants to:

"I want to further her modeling career and I don't want to have anything more to do with you because no one has ever heard of Waukesha Wisconsin".."Look, I'm working with photographers from New York and Chicago, I am doing runway and I can't have pictures of me taken by somebody nobody has ever heard of"... Hmmmmmm why did this sound familiar....snob! I actually spoke to an agent in Orlando recently.....the only things she has heard about "him" are bad.. Yep!

I have seen some of her work that she's done with the "big league photographers"......honestly, it looks like much of the stuff I have seen from high school kids in urban schools who's photography classes I have gone into and do "show and tell" for a day....by invite from the school.....very basic... no additional lighting....wide angle stuff and the longest lens is a 50mm....B&W's...muddy looking contrast....out of focus...(art I guess)

What's nice about lillte old Waukesha Wisconsin is that my overhead is much lower than that of Milwaukee's, Chicago's, and New York's.. I have a decent sized studio space and I have decent lighting equipment...and a good collection of lenses...pretty much the only thing I'm missing is the hype of the name of my town.. I should start placing my name across the front of all my pictures....and just bellow that, & type "WAUKESHA" bellow that....Or I could change the name of my studio to "Chicago New York Paris"... LOL! ....what do they say.....fake it till you make it.. I guess I have to keep fakeing it..

If you had an oral contract, you provided some portion (i.e. the artistic design ideas) of the services, and then he renigs, he has likely breached the contract. Such conduct also qualifies as an unfair trade practice in many states.

See a lawyer.... or at least take the SOB to small clcimas court when he does not pay your invoice.

Strangely this important city "name dropping" doesn't work in the computer world. It seems PNY memory is an acronym for Paris-New York...

Funny how truly technically savvy people don't give a D@m& where your "STUFF" is made or by whom.. just that it works the way it should.
