Changes I would make

RGB to abobe RGB (1998) (wide gamut--- you spent money to capture all the colour information, why throw it away)

Perserve embedded profiles ( you don't want the program changing things without you knowing)

Colour conversion Relative Colorimetric... attended a workshop with a colour guru and this is what was recommended... not sure why.

Using this set up when you Save for Web your images will look washed out... the way arounf that is to change your profile to sRGB just before the save for web

Image->mode->convert to profile.

I also do the same thing just before sending to print, using eithier sRGB or the printers profile depending on where I am printing it.
