Let me say right away that I plead ignorance! When it comes to shooting artwork, I am a film guy, but. . .

Is there such a thing as archival fine art paper for an Epson 2200?
I have had giclees made in the past, but with the new (alledgedly) archival inks in my printer, why not try my own? Any thoughts? They would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

Epson has a whole line of fine art papers, which they say is archival. My personal favorites and the ones I use routinely are the Watercolor and the Enhanced Matte papers. Thoe papers look so good that I've routinely have private commission clients select those over traditional enlargements. The Enhances Matte gives a deep black, a true white (or damn close to it) and a very soft matte surface. The watercolor paper has a slightly textured finish which looks quite nice when framed. They all work beautifully with either color or B&W.

Can you tell I like em?
