I shot some products on Wed. as NEF's, I could change them to TIFF's in photoshop. But to deliver to the customer these images need to be saved in JPG.
My photoshop 7 does not give me that option. Am I doing something wrong or do I need to change some setting in photoshop. Thanks in advance for your help!

Make sure you have converted them to 8 bit tiffs before trying to save as jpegs.... alot of programs the default from nef to tiff is 16bit....bit depth is too great to be saved as a jpeg....

Wow I can't express enough thanks. I have scratched my head over this for a day and half. Now I have to race to get these images to the client. Thanks again!!

No problem.... I ran into it once....I always work in 16 bit whenever possible...simply more data to work with and then convert them to 8 bit before anything else....easiest thing is set and action and assign it like the F2 key...that way just hit the F2 and its done...
