I know this is a Glamour forum but you guys have always helped me with my inquiries.. Does anyone shoot school portraits? If so who do you recommend that allows uploading of digital images? Is there anyone out there doing school portrait work? What are some of you're experiences? As some of you know, I am a music educator that happens to have photography as a hobby. The powers that be here at my school have asked me to try doing the portraits this year and I dont know if Im biting a bit more than I can chew. I know I have the ability to do it just don't know if I want the head ache....LOL....but then again work is work....
Sincerely,
Luis Zepeda

Hi Luis,

I have shot school photos for sports teams and I think it's pretty much the same thing. I have been using Pro Photo out of Lakeland, FL. Their website is http://www.prophotoimaging.com - The other lab that I use is Miller's and they have some incredible software and options available for school shooters. Check out http://www.millerslab.com Miller's is awesome! Great if you're shooting digital (or film for that matter).

Good luck!

Mike
