Advice for outdoor swimwear shoot

Hi everyone, I'm new to photography (1+ year) and newer to this site. I see a lot of professional stuff here, so I know you all would be the best to ask; Im gonna try my hand at swimwear outdoor, and Im looking for any advice that anyone may have for lighting, lens choice, film, etc., as well as any advice for the female model. for god's sake don't shoot at noon. shoot late in the afternoon, or really early in the morning.

you can use a slower film on a really nice day (sunny) -- 50-160 iso.

if you have access to long lenses, use them at large apertures so you can isolate your model and have her pop from the background with a shallow depth of field.

use flash. keep in mind you can use the water as a reflector as well.

but most importantly, forget everything i just said, tell the model she's going to get cold and wet, and have fun with it. do what works for you.
