Nikon troubles!!!

NIKON SUCKS!!!

On Monday I opened up the Wedding I shot on Saturday and found that there was a white spot about 1/3 of the way over from the right side and at about half way down (when the camera is held in the landscape position). After a few calls I was told that I had a pixel that was burned out. My D-100 was purchased 7/12/02 and is under warrant.
Now I am in trouble, I have 7 weddings and have already scheduled 51 seniors for portraits in the next 8 weeks. Nikon will not send a replacement camera, a rental is
$ 125.00 a day, I would not buy another Nikon with their old technology and the problems that I have had with the D-100 and the D1X has the same older technology. I still have film cameras but really don’t want to go back. Nikon just seems to be going down hill the tech guys were not helpful at all, I got tossed around on the phone, the local dealer said that the last camera that he sent to them with a similar problem was in for 3 weeks and came back and did not work. I wonder if Nikon knows that there are people trying to make a living with Nikon equipment and care about that.
