Sharpening eyes in PS4

I was trying to work on some images in PS4 on a PC.

I cannot seem to remember RG's old technique for sharpening eyes and get it to work.

You might recall the one where you take a snapshot, unsharpen filter, delete, then use the history tool to paint in the sharpness on the eyes and mouth.

I can say the words but cannot seem to step through it in my new Photoshop.

Help appreciated during my current brain fart. lol

I am not sure if this is what you are looking for but here is a link to a how-to article that is posted here on Garage Glamour in the Photo Tips section.

I played with it a while ago and it took me a couple of tries to figure it out but once I got it down it works well. Give it a try. Good luck.
