I have been asked to take pictures in Vegas for a couple of glamor models. I have access to both the Canon PowerShot S3 IS and Fujifilm FinePix S5200. I need help on deciding witch one to use for the shoot.

The images will be for their website. and some of the images may be used later for flyers . They want to do day and night time shots. These are the cameras i have available to me and no budget to buy a better camera.

I think the PowerShot S3 IS is a better choice. It has a longer zoom range and it is 6mp rather than 5.2mp which gives you a small edge at that end of the comparison. The extra zoom range can often be helpful. The zooms are close at the wide end with a just a bit wider with the S3 which is a possible bonus in tight shooting situations.
Cheers,
rfs
