Microsoft Photo Info tool

I just saw this over at dpreview. MS has a new tool for XP & Vista for editing EXIF and IPTC information for one or multiple images directly in Explorer.

I haven't used the new Microsoft one yet because I couldn't get it to install and apparently many people are having that problem. I think its a problem with some of the links for getting the updated framework, but I'm anxious to test it out.
