I'm trying to learn lighting and have a few test shots. These shot were just to gain an feel for the light we were using. All shots were with a single 36" x 72" (abouts). The box is turned horizontally and tilted down at about a 45 degree angle in a clamshell like fashion.. I'm either shooting under it or off at the left edge. I have an issue with the paper's transition from floor to wall, and the light coming off of it. Not sure what to do about it except to get more subject/background depth. I have a few other light available to me, 2 150 w/s, a 300 w/s, and another 600 w/s. I was going to try adding some foam core boards under the main light to complete a clamshell setup. Would adding light anywhere else in these shot up any, like a hair light?

Thank you for your time and suggestions.

Sorry to say, but the images are all too large for me to see all at once on my screen. I, like over 50% of the people viewing photos in our browsers am on a 1024 x 768 resolution screen. That means that with allowance being made for the browser itself, even at full screen, any image that is over 600 pixels high or over 750 pixels wide can not be seen all at once. So naturally this causes a problem in evaluating the photos.

Also, there are a lot of photos at your link. The best thing to do is to resize the one your are most interesting it hearing comments on, and then post it directly along with your post so that it is included in your post (use the little Yellow icon to insert a photo at your site directly into your post).

Cheers,
rfs
