One recommedation -- check out the various supplier's web sites for compatibility with your camera. I ordered a CF card that was a well-known provider -- turned out it wasn't certified for my camera and didn't work!?!?! I didn't think that was possible with something as simple as a type I CF card!

Go check out Lexar, Sandisk, and two or three others -- then go to a shopping site like Yahoo! Shopping or Amazon.com to find a price.

ritec/ridata and transcend are very fast and reliable, the ultra 640mb is fast as well and microtech has a very good relationship with canon so there cards are very wel suited. Lexar have been known to have more problems on average, sandisc are a bit on the cheap side I would avoid them if possible. And do not touch a microdrive, yes they work but they are not worth the risk of fragility.
