Would anybody be willing to share the contract that they use prior to a wedding. I am just getting my stuff together to make a legitimate business out of this wonderful hobby. I figure that I have spent enough money on my equipment, it may as well start earning its keep. I have shot several weddings in the past for very close friends, but have done it for free (only charged expenses). Now I have more people calling me than I know what to do with because they have seen my work (makes me feel good). I have not had a single business card given out, everything has been word of mouth.

Thanks for any help you can offer.

There is a book you can get at Amazon.com called Photography Forms. Something like that. Check it out it could be of some use.

Barnes and Noble or Border books have a book called legal forms for photographers and it has a CD in the back with all the forms and contracts to download and customize to your own needs

I met with the Bride and Groom tonight. Thanks to all who responded. I got the job! I am going to go and purchase the "Legal Forms" book. I have heard many good things about it.

Thanks again for your help.
