I guess I was lucky, my beauty dish came all together. The softbox, however was a pain to assemble. I think I'll just leave it set up.

I see what you mean about the remote. Changing the dip switches would be a pain. Too bad it doesn't work like you were told.

With only two lights, it works ok for me. I'm really liking have that much light to play with. Sure beats an SB 800, although not as portable.
