Is there anything in particular you want to know?

I have a D70s and my wife has a D50 which I use quite a bit.
They are both good cameras but I prefer my D70s.

I forgot to add a link to a noise comparison I did shortly after my wife got her D50:

http://web.aanet.com.au/pics/docs/d50_d70s_noise.htm

Even though the noise is better on the D50, it is not a problem on the D70s and the extra functionality like flash commander mode and 2 control wheels make it the better camera for me.

Mainly wanted to know the quality of the images, the reliability of the camera, etc.

I'm happy with both the image quality and build and have not had any problems with either camera (not that a survey of one is much help ).

The glass you put on it will make the biggest difference. The D50 Kit lens is just average. Try to get it with the 18-70. As cheap lenses go, it's quite good. I have also heard good things about Nikon's new 18-200 VR. No first hand experience, but people are generally saying it does well considering the range. My brother is planning on buying one soon.

My wife's gallery is here: http://web.aanet.com.au/miwa/roz Not that you can tell much from small web sized pictures. Also they are mostly taken with the Nikon 70-300G lens, one of the cheapest and not very good.

I went ahead and bought the D70s, and I'm still experimenting with it. Glass will make the biggest difference I think.
This was my latest shot with it. I had the 70-300 Nikkon lens on it.
Sort of a shot from the hip image. F11, 1/125, 300mm(35mm equiv. 450mm)
