On my desktop computer PSD files have thumbnails that show up when I open a folder. On my laptop those PSD thumbs do not show. Where is the setting I am missing? Yes, I have thumbnails selected. Only PSD files do not show thumbs.

I hope we can skip the whole "buy a MAC" regurgitation here...lol.

I am using the same version on both computers. It is not even a ripped off copy...lol. I do not have CS2. I believe Bridge comes with that

In Bridge, you go to "View", and make sure that "As Thumbnails" is checked.

I misunderstood your response. My suggestion is to look under View and Window on your Menu Bar and see what is checked and compare the two computers.

Good luck,

Jim

I don't think bridge is a part of CS1.

I have the same problem...I fixed it once but forgot how I did it.
I don't think anyone has understood the question yet.

Did you used to have PS7 on the desktop? PS7 installed a thumbnail viewer in Windows but it caused problems with some systems so Adobe removed it in CS and CS2.

I think it was a DLL file but I can't remember what it was.
