I received two brand new Olympus Evolt 300 camera and lens kits. The place I broke my leg at, I also dropped my camera and it shattered like my leg did.

Okay, so I am wondering, how can I get that warm look from available light coming through a window, using a digital camera? ( the flash units that are built into the camera are kind of poopie so I eed to work on available light stuff first)

Any and all help will help alot.

Shoot your images in raw mode and adjust the color temp to your likeing. Usually I like the temp around 7500

Part of the trick is to have a good WB setting at the time you shoot. I usualy set the color temperature to 5800K if I want warm shots. The other trick is in Photoshop to use filters to get the exact warmness you want. I often use the Sunlight or Brilliance/Warmth NIK Color Efex filters. Here's a couple examples:
