I don't want to spend a ton of money but I'd like something that will hold some heavy canvas. I checked a bit into Rolleasy - just looking for other options - possibly under $1000.
Thanks!

I have one it is a pain in the butt to get the thing to roll straight. It always rolls wrong and leaves wrinkles in the backdrop.

I am not sure if it makes a difference what brand you get.

I have this system but use it for seemless paper backdrops and it works great for that. Never tried to use it for cloth or canvas backdrops.
