It was my Canon "L" Glass 17-35mm (2.8), but since switching to the D60, the "17" becomes 28mm and that is no longer as spectacular.

My current favorite is my new Canon "L" Glass 24-70mm (2.8).

Starting a trend here, this is my first posting too. My fav. lens(es) are Nikon 85mm and 180mm, lovely great big max. apertures for getting lots of light and throwing away messy backgrounds.

Just my 2 penny worth.....

For me...there is nothing better than the Nikon 105/2.8. The worlds BEST portrait lens IMHO. Followed closely by the 400/2.8 Nikkor glass (although I don't use it for glamour...)
