Any body use the full version of Nikon View?

Is it worth $110 ?

Nikon View is free. Nikon Capture is the $110 software. Excellent tool, but if yo have Photoshop, you probably don't need capture.

I use it to connect my camera to a PC to view images on the laptop screen. Also, it bypasses the camera memory and goes directly to a folder on your PC. For studio use only, of course. -Jim

Nikon Capture provides a few things. First, you can tether the camera to the computer and shoot without the images going to a card. Second, it provides a full set of controls for RAW images where you can manipulate practically everything. I don't find Adobe Camera Raw as good as Nikon Capture so I have bypassed ACR when it sees a NEF image. NC also has a good batch process that converts RAW to TIF or JPG images very nicely and you can set up different global corrections to all the images through it.
