I've read what has been said on old posts and was all ready or I should say tried to order a Lacie electronblueIV 19" Graphics monitor. Now just got word they no longer make it and everyone is sold out. None left. I heard that LCD's are not as good. What is my next move here. A LaCie 19" LCD or some other brand.

Money is not a big problem but at same time want to stay within reason. DO I really want to go to a 21" or stay in the 19" range? I just what a good Monitor to do my post production Photo work. Its for a PC not a mac.

Thanks
Mike

two 19" ers side by side and like it much better than one 21". As for Make I have LaCie at work and ViewsonicP95f at home. the Studio also uses the Viewsonic. I prefer the laCie but doubt the difference is worth the extra $100 the LaCie costs. I have an LCD at home and anolder Dell at the studio for my second monitor. These monitors are not calibrated since there are for menus etc and no critical to PS.

I have a Hitachi CM772 19" as my main and a Viewsonic A91f+ 19" as my 2nd monitor in a dual setup.

Its sweet and I hate doing photoshop with out both. My navigation pallette is as big as 14"monitor screen with the other palettes taking up all the other space.

These two monitors together have more screen real estate and cost less than one 21".

You only need a cheap card and slot for the second screen.

Thanks for advice all. Andy had a brand new one and he was good enough to offer it to me at a real good price so that is the way I went.

May do something different next year but for now I will stay with this.

Thanks
Mike
