First post here.

I'm shooting a bikini series on a beach tomorrow, and am looking to get that 2 stops lighter background that is so popular in most fashion mags. I'm thinking that I can simply use a screen to create a shaddow over the model, and thereby getting 1-2 stops bellow the background. But what about full figure shots? And several others have suggested that I use a pola filter to get better contrast from the front of the model when the background is so much lighter.

Would appreciate any good advise.
