I'm having some issues with Cute ftp, wonder if anyone has dealt with something similar.

for the last month or so, every time I upload an html gallery (I use arles software to create them, never had an issue with it) some of the pages are scrambled when they get to the net, you click one thumbnail and the wrong pic appears, or a background color is off, SOMETHING is almost always screwed up...I can fix it by uploading the contents of each folder, one at a time as it were, but I put a fair number or galleries up during the course of a typical week and I don't have freaking time to mess with gimpy software.

Anyone?

Many thanks

Are you sure it's the FTP program ? It sounds more like it might be the program that is making the html files. I would check your settings in that program and maybe even do a fresh install of it.

I don't know whether you are using Internet Explorer or not, if so, change the address of your website in the address bar to read ftp:// instead of http:// , you then get a prompt to type in your username and password and once that's done you are in and you can then just select all the files/folders from wherever thay are on your hard-drive and drag and drop them into Internet Explorer.

I normally usew this method when I need to upload large files to a client.

Try a different FTP client.
