I'm not sure if I'll get this based on the design... I like the product offered by White Lightning...and of course, my Norman's are just fine too... but for those of you who are looking into doing some outdoor shoots with your strobes but couldn't because of the cost of buying a brand name unit, if they even made one,.... here is an alternative for only 250 bucks!

It's about time somebody made something like that.

I'm about to test the Computer UPS idea. I had one lying around that produces a true sine wave... It's charging up right now.

If it craps out on my Normans, I let you know.
