Looking for some feedback on the Epson R1800. Ink usage etc.

I've mostly been printing on Premium Glossy Photo Paper, but was interested in the Luster. How does it compare? Is it a semi gloss?

Where to buy online to get a better price than B&H since I'm not in NY at the moment.

We just switched from the Epson Premium Glossy to the Luster...doesn't compare. Now we have to try to use up all the glossy we have inhouse but we dont even want to lol. We get our Epson Luster on a rol but through B&H. 16"x100' Love it love it love it. Our glossy always looked nice but somewhat milky. The other comes out richer, deeper. I'm not sure if Epson has a sample pack you can order or what the smaller incremnts it may come in outside of a roll, might want to look into that if you havnt already. Good luck.

and have only printed a few shots on it. I also used to only use premium Glossy, but after a friend gave me a few sheets of Luster to try, I'm hooked, just bought a 50 sheet pack of 13x19 size (slided in half, I can make two 9x12's) from New Egg for $77 (plus shipping).

I have not printed enough to determine Ink usage, but I am pretty sure it will be about the same as the R800...

Thanks, I ordered the R1800 and paper today. Now I need a cutter to make them 9x12's.
