I have my own hot sauce company that my fiancee and I run as a side project. It's called Droolin' Devil Fine Foods.






That's the mother company of Uncle Big's Killer Hot Sauce.com. My hot sauce manufacturer was cooking up a new sauce for his company Hatari Bros. and he asked me to try it.

Now, I've had some hot stuff before, but honestly if you like it REALLY HOT then this is the shiznit! My face turned red and I made this twisted ass face and declared, that sh*t is KILLER!!.The name was a no brainer because Maya my God daughter calls me Uncle Big. And that's how it all began.

He asked me to shoot the label with my mug on it and Uncle Big's Killer Hot Sauce was born. We're hoping it's going to test at around 500,000 Scoville Units which is damn hot. Tabasco Sauce is about 5000 Scoville Units, so do the math it's hot.

I hope your brother is interested in trying some. Check out the site and see what you think, I built it myself and I'm not a web designer, just a cheap bastard. I've learned a lot over the last couple of months and now I want to redesign my photography site when I have the time.

As for web design, funny thing is, I'm a graphic designer, but I HATE designing web pages. I'm more of a print guy, myself. But web sites are a necessary evil, I guess, 'cause once I get some semblance of a business going, I'll be needing one.
