I did it! I just ordered my Fuji S2..I know the nikon lenses I have will work on it..But is my Sunpak 5000AF flash unit bought for my nikon N65 compatible with the S2? any info would be greatly appreciated..don't plan on using the flash that much..

I'm not sure about the S2 Randy. I'm sure you will be fine though. I have read the Canon shooters have no problems with this flash on their D30/D60/1D/1Ds on the forums at http://www.robgalbraith.com - I can only assume it will work fine with the Fuji S2.

PS: I also have this flash for my Canons (EOS 5 and Elan 7e). It works flawlessly on my Elan 7e, however, it locks up my EOS 5 on occasion causing me to turn off the flash and turning it back on to reset the camera. Have you had similar experiences with the Nikon version?

Richie, Thanks for the info.. no problems with the flash on my N65,,just hope it works as well on the Fuju S2
