hiya!! as many of you know, i am NOW working in a studio that is located inside a USA military base in Germany. right now i am working with german multiblitz flashheads, three with a few spare broken ones which in my few months here, i have already used for parts.

i would like to ask other photographers with studio experience the following question:

what lights do you use in your studio and if you are using cool-running continuous light set, would you recommend(whatever brand?).

i am now searching for lights to replace ours, and i am in favor of buying COOL lights, as a lot of my clients are complaining the current lights are too hot, thus a film of sweat is seen in the pictures (the women complain of this ALL the time).

so, what would you recommend that is a light continuously on, NO flash, and does not heat up?? provide a website URL if possible so i can read details on the lights.

i have seen a website advertise a diffusion panel about 5' long by 4', sits in front of lights, and throws an even light over the studio floor; this would be perfect for capturing kids, my main clientele right now, and as active as they are, i need something like this!!! they just dont SiT still!! does anyone else use something similar?? your comments??

voltage is no problem as my studio is equipped with both 110/220volt connections.

ALSO, do you use a program that allows digital backgrounds to be added to your portraits when shot with a chroma background?? PLEEEEZE tell me your comments. happy or not, can use YOUR images too as backgrounds, the clients' reaction when seeing their pixs and the backgrounds changing before their eyes, etc.

thanks!!!!

unfortunately, i STiLL do not have net access at home, and use ONLY government/military PCs to access the web, check mail, etc. due to this, if you DO reply here, please email me your reply too as most places i currently use will NOT allow me to access THIS (and many other sites) due to filters/content warnings, etc. thanks!!! imagine MY surprise when i was able to log on today to post this!!!
