Heh..Sorry...Fabricator language.

Cold rolling is a process for making the stock (instead of hot-forming the steel and changing the strength characteristics at a molecular level).

Round stock is of course round, as opposed to flatbar, square stock (or billet) or tubing.

1/16" cold roll round stock is basically VERY heavy piano wire, with a high working and tensile strength as compared to hot-formed stock (which is cheaper).
