Do any of you use the Spyder for monitor calibration, and what do you think of it? What do you find to be the most effective monitor calibration techniques, and are there any good tutorials out there you would suggest?

I have both the Pantone Spyder and the Gretag Macbeth eye-one monitor calibration systems. I find the GM a better and easier unit to use. Both cost about $250, so take your pick. My understanding is that Gretag Macbeth now offers an eye-TWO monitor calibration system. It is supposed to be better than the old one...I don't know. They also have 3.0 release software which is very easy to use. Monitor calibration only takes about 7 minutes. Good luck.

Just got the Spyder Pro with my Epson 2200 purchase. I will be trying it out shortly and will get back to you on that.
