I'm going to bet his high contrast punchy images are as much a result of post-shoot touch up as they are film choice. That said, I would try some Fuji Velvia 50 and push it.

I remember reading an article on him a couple of years ago. As I recall he shoots Kodak Portra print film and it's the lab's printing (last I heard he uses Icon on Wilshire in LA) process that gives the contrast and saturation to his work.

what do you mean by print film? ...

and yeah there are variety of NC VC and something else ... what would you recommend for glamour
