Does anyone know why this unit continues to be out of stock? Have there been any user problems with it?

I've had one for 2 or 3 months and it works fine. Could use a touch more D-max for slides w/dense areas, but that's a nitpick -- I would've gotten it if I'd spent an extra $500 for the 5000. Otherwise I'm very happy with my V.
