Re: First Glamour image with the Hensel Beauty Dish...

Nice photo. Love the style and colors. What does a beauty dish do that a small umbrella wouldn't.

Re: Prime vs. Zoom - Here\'s a test for all.

If we can get our schedules together, I'd be happy to bring it by to let you give it a spin on one of your shoots. I'd really like to see what it will do and take a few shots with a real lens on it....

Re: Prime vs. Zoom - Here\'s a test for all.

I like to see a test of that. Is it really that much better? When I saw the 50mm results, I thought you couldn't really get much better than that. I would like to get a really good pro lense but...

Re: Yikes

I just made the switch to digital with the D200, so I'm still pretty fond of that cheap little 50. With that performance at $100.00 how can you not have one. Now, I want that 35mm 2.0.

Prime vs. Zoom - Here\'s a test for all.

I set up a test of a couple lenses I have for the D200. I thought you may all be interested in the results. I put the camera on a tripod and shot two images exactly the same with 2 lenses. Both were...

Re: All New ME!!! Check it out!

I love the new look. Not that there was anything wrong with the "old" look. Beautiful model. Beautiful pics.

Re: different appearances

All are great images, but I particularly love the coloring of number 1. It looks cross processed.

Re: Maybe not extraordinary, but a little break from the ordinary.

Thanks Cinnamon,
You know, I almost didn't post the second one. I thought the first one would be more popular. Shows what I know. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/crazy.gif

Re: Maybe not extraordinary, but a little break from the ordinary.

Thanks. I do love the D200. It's my first digital (believe it or not). It's sooooo eeeaaaasssy. The lighting was really very simple. A single 40someting inch silver umbrella about 50-60degrees right...

Maybe not extraordinary, but a little break from the ordinary.

Here are a couple of fun ones. Shot with the D200 this weekend. I wish it didn't have the giant reflection in the glasses but with a 3 yr old, you take what you can get as fast as you can get it or...
