help fix this photo!

The flash did not go off and I pull the exposure way up. Too much noise. Please help me clean this up. And let me know what you did.

I completely removed the original sony os and put in my own winXp software. Now I cannot use my hotkeys ie. volume controls, brightness of the screen. ie. (Fn+F4 or Fn
+ F5)...anyone know how to...

this is probably posted before but i'm too lazy to search it...when you using flash with flash wb, the image seems to warm, kinda yellowish...but use auto wb, the pic is more cool and seems...

is the Nikon D1x/D2h, 70-200, 17-35, 28-70 ok to shoot in the rain?...I heard some horror stories but I’m thinking all of these equipment are professional grade. What is your opinion?

d2h noise

I don't mind the noise overall but this camera is very noisy in the shadows...i shoot a picture in the sunlight and then print it...picture quality is awesome but in the shadows...man so much...
