Re: Raw glass

Yes it does go "everywhere" I heard that from the girls. ;)
The best thing to do is not to change lenses while out there. I used a 70-200 the whole afternoon and before I put it back in my bag I...

Re: Raw glass

Thanks. I see what you're saying, but your common sand on earth don't contain so much SiO2 as this place does.

Re: Flake or not to flake?

I saw one photographers profile on MM and in it, he posted all his no shows.
If he was in my area, I would look at his page before contacting models. Not sure if I would post no shows myself on MM...

Re: Guerrilla Grids?

I bought that same strip box, but only paid $35.00 for it from their site. I should have bought 4 of them for that price before they're all gone.
The grid that comes with it probably could be...

Re: Texas model search comes up short ...

Not complaining at all. Never even thought about searching for models on this site till that thread made it to the top.
I for one rather get critiqued here than any of the above mentioned sites,...

Re: Texas model search comes up short ...

In my opinion if you need directions/notes on how to use the model search feature on this forum then it's not working.
Out of 234 total models, only about half visited this place in the last year. I...

Re: Baggage Ban on Some Batteries Begins Jan. 1st, 2008

I have 4 batteries. 2 in each grip. They last anywhere between 1-2 days.
Then I recharge them. I just don't see the need to fly with a dozen batteries, unless you're flying somewhere, where you'll...

Re: New member, how do you see models profiles?

You don't. For that you should join that other modeling place or MM.
For models interests I would just sign up for match.com ;)
But seriously that part of the site never worked.

Re: Christin

This is on my cove with no background lights other than one spot light.
note: On the first two images the background is lit with two umbrellas.

Re: Christin

Not sure why there is a color cast to the shadow.
The background is pure white, unlit and the color always comes out like this.

Re: Christin

We're talking about the same thing. I edited the image like that first time and it looked to flat. I think shadow in the background adds dimension to the whole shot.
