Try moving your main light just to your right and raise it up enough to get rid of the shadows created by her arm. I think there's a rule in glamour photography that says that we should see white on both sides if the iris. Don't quote me on the rule part but a lot of photographers have told me it's the thing to have in the eyes.

This is better than your earlier shot. The cropping and framing worked out very nicely on this one. The model still has quite a bit of red in the eye. I usually touch up excess red in the eye. This one would still be better if you had white on both sides of the iris as already indicated. Also the catch light would be better out of the pupil of the eye. The skin tones on this shot are much nicer that your first shot.

Thanks for the lighting tip, I appreciate that. As for the rule you mentioned.... It seems sorta familar, like I have heard that before and forgotten it... Anyway, I will keep that in mind from now on. Thank you very much for the comments. I love when I learn even when it is something that I may not want to hear.
