What an interesting mess you have here! I'm sorry if that sounds harsh or whatever but from what I see, that's what you've got. Mainly I see color and lighting issues. The lighting was obviously everywhere, but here's where it affected your color;
A) Her tummy is quite red,
B) Her chest is very white,
C) Underarm is white and grey
D) Hands look dull grey and dead
E) Neck under chin is gone to black
F) her face fades from pale at the top of forehead to supertanned (Dark) at chin
How would you fix that or work it better? I have no idea. But I'll be watching here to see what people suggest. One thing I might have tried is move her further from the window about 6 inches.
Otherwise, what I would have done differently is include all her fingers and more leg (just above the knee) or include the increased amount of knee while cropping mid forearm.
It's certainly not a bad shot, might work better on B&W.
