Hi Mark,
Very High quality photo. I do think that there are a couple things IMHO that would make this a much stronger photo.
Possible changes....
1. I'd like to see the elbow. Not a big deal but just a minor detail.
2. The eyes seem to be looking just below the camera. Not enough away that she seems deep in though about something else. I think that this would be better if she were looking directly into the lens.
Strong points......
1. DOF is great!
2. Focus is dead on!
3. Exposure is perfect!

i'd actually like to see this shot taken from a higher angle, as to eliminate the black area past the couch, and have the model less strained in the pose.
