The sad fact is that this site is pretty much dead these days. You may have to wait before you get any useful comments. I'm sure some will also suggest that you post a larger image rather than direct someone to another site.
I like the way you've emphasized her eyes - but it seems to me to be at the expense of her face - the viewer's left side and her nose are so similar in tone as to have merged into a single, relatively light expense, and her eyes appear to exist on a flat surface. You show a lot of control of the process, but to me, the result is somewhat disconcerting.
Not trying to flame, just trying to give some feedback.
