Can you repost them at a larger size? Difficult to see as thumbnails.

I tried to enlarge this large enough to see, but it breaks up too badly. In this small size you really can't see any of the finer detail of lighting or exposure.

As others have said, the images are too small to really critique. However, they're not too small to see that your wife is a lovely woman and you're lucky that she'll pose for you.
I think I can conclude as well that you're shooting too close with too short a focal length, since her mid-section seems emphasized in most of the shots posted.
I suggest you post the one or two you think best in larger size, and you'll get more valuable input from the skilled members here. Posting too many images at once tends to make people NOT comment.
Thanks for sharing.

Thanks guys for all the input indeed. I apologize for the small images and will try a few larger now.
I value Jford's comments the most at this point because everything you have said is dead on... Very small space and shorter focal length was correct and a mistake I will not make again. With young children we have very limited time to shoot together and it is hard getting quality shots in a pinch... lol

You might need to limit yourself to head-and-shoulders shots, given how small your space seems. I found that our attic allowed for greater distance than any of the rooms in the living space, although it wasn't particularly wide or high. Check out Lee Higgs' site for an alternate opinion.
["With young children we have very limited time to shoot together..." LOL - been there, done that. Actually, didn't have much time with older children, either. ]

These are not bad, but there is room for improvement. The first thing I would do is have the model turn slightly away from the camera and put her weight on the back foot. That puts the model in the classic S shape and usually makes for a more pleasing image. I know you are in a small area, but you need to get some separation between the model and back ground. She is so close to the drop you can see a prominent shadow. Very luck to have such a beautiful wife that will actually model for you.

Thanks guys for the insight... and I am sure wifey will thank you also for the compliments.
The "S" shape suggestion is cool and I will try that!
