I have quite a few images that I want some opinions on. If anyone has the time please take a look and give me your opinion or pick the best, tell me what I'm doing wrong tell me what to do to improve. Any advice is appreciated

The studio shots are my second attempt with studio lighting so this was a learning experience.

Out of the two batches, I think this is the best one of all.

None of the others really grabbed me. On your out door shots you need to to try to keep the horizon line horizontal. The wild tilts really throw people off.

Thank you mfnarper. I guess since i started shooting subjects outdoors I quit paying attention to what I learned shooting landscape. Basic Landscape photography 101 keep your horizons level. Thanks again I'm glad digital is cheap.

The best advise I can give you is to throw out bad images. You are known by what you show! Don't show anyone images like #119 in the first set or #132 or #153 of the second set. IMO you got too excited about what you were doing and forgot to pay attention to your lighting. Slow down and do it right.

I agree with mfharper on the wild angles and that is the better of the bunch. I think you're trying to do too much too soon. Focus on clean composition, accurate exposures and good lighting technique. Go to Walmart and buy yourself the windshield heat reflector ($6)...You know those things you put in the window of the car so it doesn't get as hot in the summer. They make a decent reflector for fill light which would greatly help in lessening the shadows.
