Appreciate c&c on these from my second session. Comments on my first session indicated underexposure, working on it.

Now your talking Brian! These are very good. Poses are nice, overall lighting is good. Just keep an eye on your lighting angles. It's best to get a catch light in the models eyes. Sometimes you have to lower the light a little, or often you can just have the model change the angle of their head slightly. It's hard to remember to pay attention to stuff like that when you have a beautiful girl or two nearly naked in front of you. But it pays off end the end if you catch the little details during the shoot.

Very nice...
Not bad at all for a second shoot
Speaking of catch light in the eyes... I use the "Red Eye" tool and make sure I have the "Glint" checked and adjust it for both eyes to be in the same possession.

Brian:

These are great. As already mentioned you have really nailed it and if you keep on this pace it may not be long before you have some of the old-timers here on GG looking over their shoulders.

A couple of comments:

Photo One is a good concept and really grabs the eye but you might have opened up the lighting on the model with the brown hair in front possibly with a reflector.

Photo Two is the one that really rings the bell for me and looks like it came straight from a high end lingerie catalogue but there is one fatal flaw in the photo. Just below the model's bra on the breast closest to the camera is what looks to me like a tattoo and that kills the photo. I would have air brushed that out in Photoshop.

Most mainstream agencies and companies will never hire models who have tattoos that are in any way visible. Granted, if she was modeling evening wear or blouses/sweaters or something similar it would not be an issue but she may have other tattoos that are visible in those scenarios. For that particular photo airbrushing would definitely have been the way to go. Always remember, the devil is in the details.

Good work all around and please continue to post. Cheers!

Thanks all for the comments. Very encouraging! Still working too fast during the shoot to notice things like the catch light. I have been forcing myself to slow down, but I'm not there yet. The tattoo is a funny thing - I had to touch up the area around the tattoo (she covered it while tanning) in every image from a previous shoot. The tan finally evened out by the time we did this shoot, so I didn't even notice the tattoo. I'll post a version with it airbrushed out - much better. Details!

Image below has the complete tattoo.
