I see it. Not bad, but I think you used a bit too wide a lens, rather than backing up and using a somewhat longer lens to get the same framing. The result somewhat distorts the perspective, making her shoulders and torso a bit larger than her lower limbs. Also, your subject's torso is a bit too square to the lens; more of an angle would be more flattering.
I must say, looks like your wife's trainer is pretty good at his job.
