Welcome to GG, and thanks for sharing your work!
Like you, I like the first image best. You have a nice look, with expressive eyes and great hair.
I second SteveB's comment, "I would say you look great, the photography could use a little better lighting and post work... but you did your job very well!"
The remaining comments are just my observations and opinions, the caveat being that opinions are like faces: everyone has one and they are all different. And most of what I note is not about how you modeled (you did a nice job!), it is about the photography.
In Number 2, there is not enough separation of you from the background. The black of your hair and the black of your pants and the black of the car and the black of the background … you get the idea.
In Number 5, IMHO, the tilt of your head is too much, not quite to the point of the "broken neck" look, but more than I would direct a model to provide.
For Number 3 and Number 7, I am a big believer in specifically conceiving, planning, and executing a shot with the final black-and-white results in mind, not just taking any color shot and converting it to B&W. Therefore, I would not include a color and B&W of the same image unless there was a reason to compare. Also, the objects on the window ledge and everything outside the window distracts from you, and you want the center of attention to be you.
For Number 8, I have the same comments about separating you (and the other model) from the background. Your hair and the hair of the other model disappear into nothingness.
If I had to pick one thing I would like to see, it would be a strong head shot of you smiling (think Number 1 or Number 4 with a smile).
