I am rather a newbie at this stuff, but for what it is worth here are my thoughts.

Of the 2 images I like the first one the best. I like how you have her leaning into the frame and how her hair hangs down naturally. It has nice lighting and catch light. the 2 things that I don't care for is the shadow her nose makes on her cheek, it is by far the most prominent shadow in the image. A little PS to soften (but not remove) that would be worth the time. Also the neckline of her shirt falls outward funny. Although not much you can do about that, I did notice it right away.

The second photo looks more posed and the model does not appear comfortable and relaxed. I also find the shadows on the rights side of her face to be a bit to much, and perhaps a bit more fill would help to complement the soft look this image has. also she is a bit too centered for my taste, perhaps a bit more room to her right would help.
