OK David, I'll be the first to weigh in on this one. Please understand most people will like this image but you've asked for an image critique here.
From a photographic perspective, the composition is too tight (did you crop it this way) and cuts off the little finger of her left hand and a lot of the elbow area. Traditionally, you don't have to have the entire arm in there but a crop lower on the arm/torso might be better. Also, the light is flat and not very interesting.
From the model's side, if she really wants to model, she needs to let those nails grow and get a manicure. She's a very pretty girl but the smile looks a little like she was caught in the middle of it.
