I'm certainly no expert, but it looks like you're off to a good start.
I think that you'll get more (and better) criticisms if you post somewhat larger images.
I think that the styling is good, the pose is good, and the lighting is good. However, I suspect that you've oversaturated in post, and there seems to be a posterization kind of thing going on, particularly in her face. I also have an impression that her face isn't in focus, but that may be my eyes or the image size.
