This is a perfect occasion to make a first post at the forum.
I've been given a Nikon D300 to try out for a week and today seemed to be like a good enough day to go out for some pictures. (weather's still not that good, nor is it warm enough)
I took quite a lot of pictures total, made quite a few mistakes I shouldn't have and had lots of fun. (I somehow managed to slightly miss the correct focus in quite a few images, I suspect having let the camera decide too much since I had a heavy time limit and didn't double check in the process)
So here are two images I prefer best out of the few I've managed to process so far.
All the comments and criticism are extremely welcome of course.
Also, the models were both first timers so any suggestions for them and for me in regards to directing are most welcome.
Oh and the D300 is a sweet tool.
