I snuck this in at the end of a TFP session. I have a possible maternity shoot coming up and wanted a preview for an idea I am working on. There are a couple of obvious things I don't like. The white couch which I should have simply moved out of the way and her panties which I was unable to move. LOL. The big thing, though, is the shadow from her arms on the material. Does anyone have a suggestion for minimizing it? The setup is a single strip light pointing straight down over her head and parallel with her arms. What if I moved her away from the background and lit her with two strips from either side while leaving the original strip in place for the background. Or maybe would a couple of reflectors be enough instead of actual lights? Any input is welcome.

thanks, David

Lighting from the front would have to be minimal, or the see-through effect will be lost. Perhaps a reflector behind the cloth, on the floor would dissipate the excess shadow? I did one like this years ago, with two girls behind a lacy throw, and found that the white sheets on the bed provided enough reflection from below.

It loks to me that removing that big white reflector (couch) would be all that is needed to get this right where you want it.

You can imagine my disappointment at not finding a discussion of File Transfer Protocol.

Not sure what the effect was you were looking for ... do you have a reference image at all?

Oops, TFP would be the correct spelling and no I don't have a reference image. I was flying by the seat of my pants and/or making the **** up as I went. This is why I am asking for advice. Does it look like something worth pursuing? If so, how would you improve on it?

thanks, David
